Park East Tower

Project: Interior design of a newly constructed condominium in the Park East Tower in the Central West End area of St. Louis.

Inspiration: Modern Day Mad Men with an Industrial flair in an urban high-rise.

The Client: A bachelor with a demanding work schedule needing a relaxing, yet sexy, retreat.

What We Love:

• Custom designed multi-use banquette for reading the paper overlooking Forest Park or additional dinner party seating when paired with a cocktail table.
• Classic leather and chrome chaise lounge for watching Cardinals baseball.
• Mid-century inspired wallpaper on the Master suite focal wall for pattern and texture.

What We Did:

• Worked directly with the carpenter and upholsterer to design, build and install custom banquette.
• Replaced all existing light fixtures and worked directly with the electrician to add sconces in the master suite and relocate sconces in the powder room.
• Comprehensive interior design plan for all rooms including flooring, lighting, furniture, art, bedding, and accessories.
• Styled all rooms including industrial étagères and banquette shelving.
