Crescent Condo Renovation

Project: Renovation project management and finish selections, interior design and styling of a condominium located in Clayton, MO.

Inspiration: Sleek, sexy and contemporary hi-rise with a sophisticated and soothing hotel suite vibe.

The Client: A fun-loving, couple of recent empty nesters who were looking to downsize into a home that was more convenient for their love of travel.

What We Love:

• Horizontally installed, wide-plank hardwood flooring.
• Contemporary, linear firebox framed by sleek marble surround and flanked with custom wood bookcases.
• Mismatched collection of glazed pottery adorning bookcase shelves, adding an organic touch to the otherwise modern space.

• Silver toned crystal light fixtures throughout.

What We Did:

• Worked directly with tradesmen and vendors to design and install custom fireplace surround, built-in bookcases, and wet-bar.
• Created a comprehensive interior design plan including architectural elements, lighting, paint, furniture, art, and accessories.
• Worked directly with seamstress to design, manufacture, and install window treatments.
• Overall styling and accessorizing.
